For some students, the excitement of a new school year is overshadowed by the challenge of starting without the essentials they need. That’s where our community steps in.
This August, the Evesham Education Foundation is proud to share ways you can help every child start school prepared and confident:
Donate an empty backpack 🎒 to Evesham Township’s Annual Backpack Drive
-
Drop-off through August 22 at either location:
-
Evesham Township Municipal Building – 984 Tuckerton Road, open any day, any time in the lobby
-
Evesham Schools Administration Building – 25 S. Maple Avenue, Mon–Thurs, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
-
-
All supplies inside the backpacks have already been provided thanks to community sponsors — so your gift of a backpack directly benefits a student here in Evesham.

Support Burlington County’s Backpack Giveaway 🎒
-
Saturday, August 16, 10 a.m.–12 p.m. at the Burlington County Emergency Services Training Center (53 Academy Drive, Westampton)
-
Organized by Senator Troy Singleton, the Burlington County Commissioners, and the Sheriff’s Office, this free event distributes school supplies directly to families.
-
Donations are accepted at all Burlington County branch libraries, the lobbies of Burlington County government buildings and at Senator Singleton's legislative office at 400 North Church Street, Suite 260, Moorestown.
